Please see below a wonderful gesture from Ivan Jones’s family to help men to live a better life addressed to Chelsea Old Mates commitee member Alan Webb.

Hope you are well. I would like to let you know on behalf of our Family we have decided to walk at this year’s City to Surf in honour of Dad (Ivan Jones). In doing so we are raising funds for the Chris O’Brien Life House Men’s Den, (flyer attached) , hopefully creating awareness for men to be part of this wonderful Program “engineering a life without Cancer. We have 25 walkers in our team, “Ivan Jones Den” .. South Sydney Juniors have kindly provided the T-Shirts along with $500 donation. Joe Thomas ex South Sydney player from the 80’s has donated the screen printing on the back of the t-shirts with Dads name etc…  Life House is providing us with Chris O’Brien Life House Caps!!!

We will be walking on Sunday 9^th August, we will be decked out in Red & Green colours and walk from the City to Bondi, around 14klms.

How powerful is fundraising, we get to keep Dad’s memory alive and raise awareness at the same time. Our goal is to raise $6,000.. So far we have raised..$3,182.00
