I received telephone calls from Henry Morris and Trevor Heiler this morning advising that Eddie had passed away last night (Friday) at about 7pm.,
For those not aware Eddie has been ill for some time and had been in Sir Joseph Banks Nursing Home Botany.
Details of his funeral service will be circulated when arrangements are known.
We extend our deepest sympathy to Eddie’s family for and on behalf of Chelsea Old Mates
