Our old mate and elder statesman has been in hospital with a chest infection. Ken has been in touch with Yvonne and she informed him that Ringo is now in a nursing home at Kanwal on the Central Coast. Highly regarded as a Chelsea icon the former A grade dual premiership winner has been one of our most regular supporters even though he lives on the Central Coast. We saw Keith at the Chelsea Reunion on 11 October where he gave the traditional welcome to the attendees.
We will post the name and address of the nursing home shortly.

After going to see Keith at the nursing home when I got there this morning the place was in lockdown due to an outbreak of gastroenteritis, thus preventing entry to the facility.
They advised by phone that we would need to contact Ringo’s partner to get information on his condition for confidentiality reasons.
I asked the nurse to advise Keith that Scott, Ian’s mate from Chelsea Old Mates, had been to visit him and she agreed to let him know straight away.
I would suggest especially now that if anybody intends to see Keith it would be adviseable to phone ahead to confirm that you would be able to see him without a problem.
