The photo is of the Paddington Jnr Technical College representative team that successfully toured Western Australia in 1957. It was made up of mainly 1st and 2nd Year High School students and the School was renowned for their talented rugby league teams with many players going onto representative honours and 1st grade in Sydney. Many of the pupils came from Bourke St and Crown St Primary Schools , which included many Boys who played with Chelsea United RL Football Club including John Gaffers, Ken Kay, Peter and Barry Atkinson, Terry Murray, Jim and Billy Harvey, Brian Fuz, Ken Vessey , Laurie Rubagotti , Kevin Roberts to name a few .
In the photo there are many Chelsea United RL Football Club players back row L to R, Jim Harvey, 6th Bobby Fishburn, 9th John Oates.
Front row lhs Shannon Pearson, Bob Magnus, Kevin Junee (not a Chelsea United player but played 1st grade Easts, Manly Warringah and Australian representative, 5th Brian Fuz.
